Sims Brothers Recycling is Central Ohio's fastest growing recycling company. Today, we employ over 150 associates at our two recycling locations, and on-site at several of our major industrial customers. We process over 550 million pounds of recyclable material every year, making us a volume material supplier big enough to tackle almost any recycling opportunity.
Yet, we are nimble enough to think outside of the box and provide you with service best suited for your business. I've never worked at a place like this where the employer has written a set of core values, and everybody is treated with respect. I like everything about work at Sims Brothers.

The HR Department of this company is inhumane and cruel. You are just a number to them, not a human being. They send you to a staffing firm AFTER they interview and offer you the position. You have to fill out an application at the staffing firm, pay for drug screens and background checks. After you get done with the staffing firm, you then have to do an application with the woman who runs Sims HR (who really needs to get over herself). She will also do a background check and believe me, they will go out of their way to dig up dirt on you so they can give you the boot, so beware. Moreover, the

I agree with a previous review I went to the normal processes of interviewing, filling out an application waiting for a response receiving a response setting up an interview. interview was good with Mike Transportation supervisor then the road test which was absolutely perfect then I was directed to human resources. Debbie in human resources talking to Debbie was pleasant, however when I showed up it wasn't as pleasant as it sounded on the phone. we had set up a signing process and she assured me would only Take 5 minutes. Because I wanted this job with Sims Brothers which was only 10 minutes away

First impression (***) I inquired about the procedure a couple years ago on the phone, and when I spoke with the secretary the whole operation sounded very easy. When I approach the location the building and on the industrial/manufacturing look to the whole thing was a little intimidating.because it's rough work and probably doesn't pay very well compared to jobs in sunny California some of the crew look a little intimidating as well.
Actual impression (*****): The whole thing is dummy proof. Because I'm an inquisitive person I decided to call before I visited, but if you knew nothing
