Thank you Mitchell Jewelers for fixing my necklace. I was worried that couldn't be fixed because it was so tiny but yall did a great job. It's very sentimental to me and I was in tears when it broke. Thank you for an awesome job. Everyone is extremely nice here. Will definitely refer people to this place.

Went in to see if they could replace a missing stone in a ring, the two ladies that were working there were nice enough. I explained that I wanted to wait for the repair because I didn't want to leave the ring.
They both said "she should be able to do that, you just have to ask her, unfortunately she isn't
here". They said she will be here next week.
I said I will come back on Monday. ( I'm not sure who they were talking about) I said, I live 40 minutes from here but I will come back then.
Went back on the next Monday, same person said she just left for lunch but she should be back in an hour

I had my wedding ring resized and dipped. They also replaced a missing diamond for me at a affordable rate. They made sure I was happy with it even by letting me bring it back the next day to have it adjusted a second time due to swelling in my hands.
