Tanner was a delight to work with. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was responsive to our questions and gave honest and direct answers. Tanner spoke to us at length about his findings, then within 24 hours he provided a detailed and easy to understand report via email. He highlighted the most important items to ensure we didn’t miss anything. We will hire Tanner for all future inspections and will recommend him to family or friends in need of a home inspector. His rate was very reasonable.

Needed to schedule an inspection for a home I am buying. Called Tanner and on top of the excellent price, he was extremely professional and was able to schedule me in 2 days later. Met him at the home for the inspection and he was extremely thorough and was able to explain a lot of things in the house to me that I was not knowledgeable about and in a way that was very easy to understand. He also did the well water sample for me and was very meticulous about getting a sanitary sample. Top notch service and an extremely easy guy to work with. I definitely recommend his service.

Tanner is an excellent home inspector! I was living in the Seattle area and buying a home in Wenatchee and Tanner made sure to accommodate my busy schedule and long drive easily and quickly!! Being a first time home buyer, he was patient and thorough in explaining my new home to me and what to monitor and maintain. There was snow on the roof when he did the inspection so he couldn't get on the roof, but he generously offered to come back at a later time and look it over for me still. I took him up on that offer after the house had closed and he gladly came back to look at the roof for me. Tanner

We had such a great experience working with Tanner at heritage homes.. he was super fast to make an appointment with and super flexible. Not to mention his inspection was so thorough! He didn’t miss a thing. Any questions we had, he had no problem answering them and if he didn’t know the answer he found someone who did. Again, such a pleasure working with Tanner, highly recommend if you want a top to bottom inspection!

I have worked with Tanner several times now and he is AWESOME! From Ephrata to Wenatchee he has done next day inspections with a 2-3Hr turn around time for reports. He is great for questions during and after inspections. I once asked him about a home he had inspected a month before for a customer of mine. He looked up the file and within minutes I had the Info i was looking for. Great guy and I look forward to working with him again.
