Critical: Responsiveness
Had My Taxes for Two Months and Had to call 4 times in that 2 month period all calls were initiated by me. Now I'm shopping for new tax people to actually get Me taken care of. Not responsive at all. Not sure if they have too many clients or they just don't care but I am not happy with their service this far and will not be back.

Tracy is so amazing and professional. This is my second year using her service and this year my daughter became a customer. This is her first year filing taxes. Tracy explained everything and answered all our questions. Thank you Tracy B for your great customer service and your patience when I had to reschedule our appointments. I chose WB Elite for my taxes after doing a search for CPAs in my area. There were only a few on the list that had any reviews and WB was one of them.
