Reliable, friendly, good service and fair prices. Elizabeth and Vatch always return calls, and they do their best to give a close estimate over the phone. They're often busy (a good sign that people like them) and they'll work with you to get you in asap. Their estimates both monetarily and how much time is needed are quite accurate, so there aren't any surprises. They're not open on the weekend which may be tough for some, but that keeps with their values. They care about their employees, and they care about their customers. And these days that's worth a lot.

I am dropping this and will continue the 5 star streak. The service here was spectacular, professional and much more affordable that other places. The owner called me personally to check how my car was running. If that's not great service, I don't know what is! They have a customer going forward. I highly recommend them!

One of the nicest experiences ever! Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable people. If you need your car inspected worth every penny to go there. Very nice can usually take you within a day. Easy location on teaneck road opposite side of 4 than holy name hospital. Right on teaneck road on right side. Excellent way to go with all of the difficulties for the poor DMVs right now.

This repair shop is the best around. My truck broke down. New old truck on its first long trip and I just made it to the shop before being stranded. The guys diagnosed the problem and hearing I was from out of town made sure my truck was running smooth. I highly recommend this shop for professionalism and great repair work.
