Electron Beam Engineering was formed in 1991 by Richard Trillwood and was incorporated two years later. Richard never stopped tinkering and inventing and he was always thinking of ways to improve things. His lasting legacy is one of hard work and dedication to his family and business. Today, the business is run by other family members: Grant Trillwood and Tom & Hilary Hurt.
Electron Beam Engineering, Inc (EBE) operates from a beautiful 11,000 square foot facility located in Anaheim, CA conveniently located near Disneyland, so there are lots of hotels and restaurants in the area to accommodate visitors. EBE has been welding and producing exceptional electron beam welds & laser welds since 1991 and in that time we have developed many strong enduring relationships with our customers and our vendors.
Our Electron Beam "Beamer" machines have the ability to produce fine welds in thin materials and to weld next to heat-sensitive components. Our Beamers and our services are both unparalleled. In addition to Electron Beam Welding, we also offer Laser Welding, Resistance Spot Welding, & Helium Leak Testing Services.

Electron Beam Engineering provides laser welding services to a diverse group of industries. Our solid state, benchtop lasers are used for tacking and spot welding of small, precision components. For small to medium sized components, we use JK Yag lasers and for higher power work, we use our 4Kw CW fiber laser.
