I found Monsoon on Yelp, because how else would I choose?! I needed three small bouquets for a family luncheon and gave them a call. The lady that answered quickly guided me to the website to pick a size and let me know the cost for each. She said they'd be beautiful and no carnations lol. I was very happy with the arrangements and so were the guests that took notice. I would definitely use them again, they are pricey but hey, you get what you pay for.

Responded to my feedback about an arrangement rather poorly without giving me some insight about it what would be better.
And made comments within an earshot of me as well to make it a point that I’m wrong with her colleague in the back.
It was quiet an expensive arrangement, 200$, I only wanted it to look a certain way for my wife because she likes the look of a certain flower at a certain point of blooming.
I am disappointed because of all the high reviews that I had seen prior to placing my order.
And in looking over the flowers at home, the buds I asked exchanged weren’t even exchanged

I received flowers from a friend delivered by Monsoon and they are spectacular. The pictures don't do them justice. I love that they aren't typical flowers and the colors are in season and vibrant. I will definitely travel the 15 minutes out of my way the next time I have to purchase flowers if my own.

This is by far the best floral designers in the area! They have a brilliant eye for aesthetics, make the most out of your budget and create true beauty that lasts longer than any other arrangement I’ve had. They are also so pleasant to work with and will get your arrangement out ASAP even when you dropped the ball and are asking for a gorgeous delivery in a few hours. Best of the best!

I found Monsoon flowers online through Yelp as I was trying to find a suitable place to send flowers to my boss. I placed an online order at 3pm from NC not realizing I'd requested they be delivered the same day, and got a message that said they were sorry, the order had come in late and could they do it tomorrow. I said "of course" realizing that I'd totally made a mistake in asking for the same day delivery. Well what happened next floored me. Two hours later I got another message that said they were able to get it out anyways and that they were on the way for the delivery

They may have beautiful flowers and arrangements but that doesn't mean anything when you don't know anything about customer service. I walked in today and was ignored for 5-10 minutes while two associates attended to a pickup. I completely can understand and reason with that but I was not even acknowledged or told they would be with me shortly. Soon after another gentleman walked in and was IMMEDIATELY greeted and proceeded to be helped before me. My business was brought elsewhere.

Wow! What service! I called this flower shop this morning, having found them on Yelp, and they delivered the most beautiful arrangement in a matter of hours. All I did was tell them a price point and the occasion, and they put together a gorgeous all pink arrangement that is perfect. Clearly this is a business that cares about its customers and takes pride in their work. Thank you, Monsoon, for making this very delicate and emotionally charged purchase a breeze.

Truly, 5 stars are not enough. To say I was blown away with the bouquet that was sent to me is an understatement. Owning a small business I often receive flowers as a thank you (and this bouquet was also a Thank You from a client). But I've never received a bouquet quite like the one from Monsoon Flowers. Breathtaking is the closest I can come to explaining. It's been a few days since I've received them and they are still magnificent. I will be celebrating my 25th anniversary in the fall and I will be renewing my wedding vows, Monsoon Flowers will be making my bouquet! (my photos DO NOT do this

I came across Monsoon website and could not believe my eyes. Flowers like I've never seen before, stunning. Unusual varieties that prompted me to go to their flower shop to see for myself. Even better in person ! They were busy working on arrangements when I got there that were breathtaking, each one different and beautiful. I placed my order and they are SUPER accommodating . I live in Yonkers, NY and my order was going to Scarsdale, NY . As I expressed to Sadna Babani at Monsoon, I will use only them for all my flower needs.

My mom absolutely loves flowers so after she was recently released from the hospital I was looking for a local florist to send her an arrangement. Monsoon's reviews were so good that I told them my mom likes unique flowers and bright colors but was leaving it entirely in their hands because I trusted based on the amazing reviews that they would come up with something fantastic. It was delivered this morning and my mom was so happy - they did an incredible job, the flowers are unique and vibrant and densely packed unlike some places which clearly try to skimp, and it was all beautifully wrapped

A very dear friend passed away and I wanted something very special for her funeral. I was lucky to find June who couldn't have been more helpful, kind and understanding. I ordered 3 dozen red roses which were so fresh and beautifully arranged. No baby's breath...I did not want that look. What she did was amazingly beautiful. June sent me a picture before they were delivered and also made an impressive card to go with it. I was not expecting such a nice card.

Found Monsoon Flowers online since I am in CA and was looking for a local florist to send flowers to a loved one in Bergen County. They went above and beyond. Even called me to verify the order (I had made a mistake in putting down delivery details) and delivered a gorgoues bouquet in less than 24 hrs.

Absolutely perfect experience with Monsoon Flowers! I called near the end of their business day to place my order. They had exactly the kinds of flowers I was hoping to use in the arrangement in stock (and the best part- they didn't even carry any of the ones I said I did NOT want). June who I spoke with immediately got what I was hoping for, created the arrangement, texted me a picture, and even delivered them by the end of the day.
