I have had an amazing experience with Zinc! From the beginning everyone has been extremely kind, helpful and patient. Carlos Flores and Robert Cervantes are the best people to work with, they have gone out of their way to help me from the application process, random questions, all the way to recommending contractors and explaining the process with city permits in order to get the rehab up and running! Robert has also given me great insights to flipping homes and ideas for after the home is fully renovated. You won't find people like that anywhere! Zinc has the best caring people in the business

They will add more money to your loan, and when ask they will give you excuses and the ladies there are so rude. Let’s just say her name is Tamara. I will never want to do business with them. Run!!!!! I am a Realtor and my client only accepted an offer for their home because they were given a pre-qualification from Zinc Financial that stated it was a hard money loan, close in 10 days. This was a lie! It was a conventional loan with renovations. Escrow took 35 days not 10! Through the process I was constantly given excuses as to why it took so long. The escrow company also told me every deal with this company is the same way or worse!

Run away from this company, do not walk, I mean RUN!!! Worse company I ever had the misfortune of ever dealing with. Completely RUDE staff, especially Jamie, I just can't imagine that someone would still have a job with the way this person conducts them-self when dealing with paying customers, just completely outrageous! On top of that, they have several predator practices, when it was time to pay out draw, they would come up with excuses like "our CFO is out on vacation, we are not able to reach him" or they keep rejecting the claim documentation and request outrageous itemized as individual line

A completely nightmare… Great underwriter crew, poor servicing of the loan paired with poor customer service. A year ago, ZINC underwriter staff was a pleasure to work with. However, the servicing is anything, but customer centric. I switched for the properties used to secure the loan. In spite all efforts made to provide ZINC with the declaration policies to show there was no lapse of coverage, ZINC charged $1400 for Forced Placed insurance. Several complaints have been filed with the Consumer Protection Agency (CFPB) and Better Business Bureau (BBB). Luckily, my loan was paid in full, which
