Affordable Construction Company has done work on two of our homes. Our first home needed new windows and Affordable Construction replaced them. They were beautiful and the cost was great. Our second home needed a new roof. Same story as the first, Affordable Construction Co. replaced our roof and it looks wonderful. Service was great and all of the work was done in a timely manner.

We had our roof and gutters replaced because of a hail storm. It was a great piece of mind to know that Affordable Construction was there to handle the construction part of the job but more importantly handling the insurance side of it also! We always felt like we were in good hands because any questions we had were answered quickly and accurately. The quality of the craftsmanship was top notch, but more importantly the cleanup of the job site was second to none as we have dogs and were worried of how it would be handled. My wife and I called Affordable Construction after a recent hail storm. Ken came out to do an inspection on our house. He worked directly with the insurance adjuster. He was able to get us a new lifetime warranty roof/ complete tear off!! New vinyl siding that replaced our old aluminum siding, gutters window wraps etc. We also paid to have new windows installed throughout the house! I would highly recommend Ken and his team to take care of any future projects!

Affordable construction resided, replaced gutters, on our house. installers worked in very high winds and rain. job took about 3 weeks for about 1 1/2 weeks worth of work due to bad weather. job turned out great house looks fabulous. ken was very nice and helpful with styles and color choices, and price was right. would recommend to friends and family .
