Maverick Enterprises provides color matching, award-winning rotogravure printing, and innovative capsule manufacturing in Poly, PVC and Champagne capsules. We know that appropriate wine bottle capsules and champagne foil capsules not only help your product to stay in top condition, the right wine bottle packaging also showcases your product beautifully.
Maverick and Astro have teamed up to offer screwcap closures to the North American Market. Aluminum closures are establishing themselves throughout the world as the ideal solution for bottling wine, preventing the exchange of oxygen between the contents of the bottle and the air, as well as ensuring the absolute integrity of the contents.
Tin capsules are comprised of a single piece capsule with no seam made out of PURE TIN ingots by Rivercap. A sign of art and distinction enhancing wines and spirits with quality and luxury. They provide a distinctive smooth and malleable feel, embracing the bottle for a clean, prominent artisan capsule preferred by winery owners and sommeliers around the world.
Our Almost Tin Premium capsules are comprised of a more durable three layer material that is a great recyclable and less costly alternative to tin capsules. Almost Tin Premium is optimum for bottles that present challenges with a spin down (this also includes bottles for distilled spirits, which have custom shaped necks.)

Our company ordered capsules for our still wines, yet when they were shipped, they came in a box, no end caps, and every end was crimped. This meant that when we attempted to load them onto our bottling line, each stack had to be gone through and at least 3 capsules on the end were tossed.
Our production line stalled. We had to add an employee who stood on the line and manually placed a capsule onto each bottle before sending it through the line--slowing down production and increasing our costs.
