I called one morning asking if Mike was able to re-key my locks and he was able to come out on the same day and knock it out in under 15 minutes. He owns the business and his customer service is top notch. He was professional throughout the process, even offering a courtesy call 15 minutes before he arrived to make sure I would be home. He answered all of my questions and he was very careful to wear his mask and gloves in the midst of the current pandemic. I can't recommend him highly enough - Mike is the man!
