DR. Hedden did my Breast AUG and it was great! I was super nervous and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Totally disappointed by the service I received. I purchased a package and now they act like I never existed . I have had several procedures done at this place and have spent a lot of money. They lost my records some how and was pretty much okay with treating me like crap. I will not be back. They have gotten way to big to give a crap about anyone. Dr. Hedden and his staff are absolutely amazing. He did a fabulous job on my breast augmentation. I don't think any other doctor could do as well as he did. His office is beautiful and conveniently located. I would recommend Dr. Hedden to anyone and everyone in the market for a breast augmentation. Those tv docs in California have nothing on Dr. Hedden!

I recently had surgery by Dr. Gunn and he did not disappoint. The facility is beautiful as well as spotless. The staff treated myself as if I were family. I live 8 hours from their office, I received a get well soon card as well as a nurse call to follow up on how I was doing and to go over any questions I may have. I highly recommend Hedden Plastic Surgery!

I am a physician from South Florida who flew to Birmingham, Alabama just so I could visit Dr William Hedden at the Hedden Plastic Surgery Center and have the "miraDry" procedure performed on myself, as quite honestly, I sweat profusely and after I heard him lecture on this topic at a medical conference, I wanted to have this procedure performed on myself to stop my underarm sweat and odor.

Dr. LaBarbera performed the Fleur De Lis Tummy Tuck on me and not only was his work impeccable, but also his professionalism and beside manner. He has stayed in contact with me to make sure I am completely satisfied with his work. He truly is one of the most genuine surgeons I've had the pleasure of knowing and he will soon be doing my breast augmentation and arm lift. Very confused as to why Hedden Plastic Surgery group has only a three star rating when there are 22 five star reviews that aren't posted or recommended. I definitely give Hedden and his entire staff 5 stars! I am so pleased with my results from BA and couldn't have been treated nicer or more professional. Dr has personally responded to questions i had by email within 5 mins of sending. Was treated with personal care and i didn't feel like i was just another patient. Traveled 4 hrs for surgery to their beautiful surgical center from Memphis and would go around the world if i had to

I had a Fraxel laser procedure and fat grafting to the face performed on November 5. I did not have a lot of pain from the laser, it kind of feels like a bad sunburn. I had a little difficulty sleeping because of the lotion you use to keep your face moist while it is healing is kind of sticky so you can't really lay with the side of your face on the pillow. The fat grafting was from a little bit of lipo on my waist so two birds with one stone! I was actually more sore from the little bit of lipo than any of the other treatments. I'm not ready for a face lift so the fat injections filled

Rude desk staff. I woke at 430 am to drive from montgomery for a 700 show time for a 800 am surgery. They didn't start operating until 10am, i was told it was finished at 1105 and that shed be in recovery for 30 mins. 55 minutes later i see the front staff left for lunch without telling me anything. Still waiting... I have had one other experience with cosmetic surgery and it went much more smoothly than this. I'm not sure if they over book their surgeries or what but, something is stopping them from being more efficient, or possibly the doctors just don't communicate to the front

Horribly rude front desk staff! When you are dealing with people who are willing to spend thousands to change their body image, you should have some type of training to make sure you're doing it correctly. Don't even ask for them to try and do even a pre-treatment estimate to see if insurance is willing to help. They want your insurance info, but will not do anything with it, even if they tell you that you do have some type of "disorder".
