I used Sam years ago for another project and although I found him to be rude, he did a good job. I called him again...mistake!!!. He was very agressive and insisted on removing a frame from our antique door vs relying on measurements. He demanded I put down a deposit. It was all very rush rush. We called within 24 hours to have him halt cutting the glass because we may have to alter the frame and that I would be picking it up. He lost part of the frame ( insisted he never had it was very rude and swore at me...later called to admit he found the missing pieces.).

On the one hand, Sam cut a piece of glass to my specifications on time and for a reasonable price. On the other, he was unnervingly mercurial, telling me I was "difficult" to speak with after we'd exchanged just a few sentences, then inviting me to stop in and say hi next time I was in the neighborhood. I don't know what to make of him but I'm happy with the product.
