Bryant’s Power Washing came today to power wash the siding on our house. We had a lot of mold and mildew on the end of our house because that end of the house doesn’t get much sun. Our house didn’t look as white when we moved in 20 years ago than it does now. I wish I would’ve taken before and after pictures because the technician did a wonderful job! I highly recommend them!

I received some coupons in the mail from Bryant's Power Washing and decided to give them a call. The coupon states $65 only for a deck restoration (cleaning) for any deck size up to 120 sq. ft. and .20 for each additional sq. ft. My deck is exactly 316 sq. ft. Therefore, if you do the math the total price for the cleaning should be $104.20 (316-120=196 | 196x.20=39.20 | 65+39.20=104.20). Upon calling to redeem the coupon, I was quoted a price of $240 and told that the higher price includes the 5 steps and the railing on the deck. Unbelievable! I told the rep that the stairs and the railings

Came out, measured and gave a quote to power wash and stain our deck, when I contracted them to do the work two months later, the crew came out and said it would be $1200 more than their original quote that I have in writing. I'm not sure what game they are playing but it seems dishonest. Only explanation was that "the guy who gave us the quote no longer works for us". What a joke!

Just like so many other reviews about this company, it seems like it's par for the course for these guys not to show up or communicate. So they might do great work, but I never got the chance to find out. They have a major problem with communication between their call center and their field staff. I was "confirmed" for an appointment 3 different times and each time there was a problem or cancellation. The worst part? No on ever called me the day of to let me know. So I stayed home from work expecting someone to show up but no one did, and I never got calls to let me know what was happening. Not

Wow! Wish I would have taken a before and after picture . Our house, concrete patio and concrete driveway all came out sparkling. Gutters were flushed from tons of debris. The two technicians worked hard in the heat and conducted themselves professionally. I will use Bryant's for all my power washing needs in the future.
