Emerald Lawn
With a love for nature and a desire to create a place to gather with loved ones, we knew we wanted our career to line up with our passion. So we tried working at one of those big lawn care companies for several years. A place where other nature-lovers and hard workers could help make gorgeous spaces to gather.

So, in 2006, Mary and I took the leap and started Emerald Lawns from the spare bedroom in our home. From day one, we've treated our team like family and each lawn like our own. Because we live here, too. Receive free service calls between scheduled applications and spot-treatment for weeds, fungus and lawn diseases every visit.
Services
1st Step - We'll come inspect the current health of your lawn and offer immediate recovery tips/tricks. 2nd Step - As your lawn leaves dormancy, we can come do a full Winter Freeze Assessment and provide a long-term recovery plan. To get your lawn green and lush, we'll complete an 8-point, no obligation lawn evaluation to supply you with a customized estimate and treatment plan.
Being born and raised here, we know that Central Texas soil and seasons are harsh on lawns. While large franchises have to purchase fertilizers fit for the entire US, our timely, calculated treatments have been specifically developed for lawns from Waco to San Antonio, taking the guesswork out of growing healthy turf.
This soil makeup directly affects the absorption rate of water and nutrients into your soil. Liquid Aeration is a state-of-the-art application that creates tiny, deep pathways, delivering oxygen, moisture and nutrients to the roots. Without these "tunnels", the root system has no way of accessing what it needs most to thrive.
Golf course managers know that topdressing is one of the most impactful actions you can take to improve the health of your turf. They have been doing this to golf courses since the sport was invented back in Scotland. Our lawn topdressing service produces lush, green lawns all over Austin and surrounding areas!
Grubs are the larval stage of many insects and often live just below the surface in the topsoil. With white grub infestations, plants can be damaged and will likely die. It's not uncommon for a single lawn to host hundreds of grubs, which devour the roots of turf grass and leave unsightly brown spots.
