Every rug that we sell comes with a money-back guarantee as to age, authenticity and condition. We accept any rug that we have previously sold for full credit toward the purchase of another rug, provided that the new rug is owned by us (and not the property of a collector or estate) and that the condition of the original rug has been maintained.
