This has got to be one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL organizations I have ever come In contact with! There was a very RUDE man named Shawn or John? who lacked ANY willingness to help or offer information. I was hung up on several times, the first time I thought well maybe he could not hear me so I called back again making sure the volume was all the way up and once again he intentionally hung up on me. This happened 3-4 times before he finally acted as if suddenly he can "hear me now" at that point I demanded that he give me the information I kindly requested In the first place and not only
