Been here twice so far, both times I was given amazing customer service and great prices. Love this place.

The morning after the recent heavy storms I hit a huge pothole on the freeway. It was dark and I could not see it at all. My wheel rim was bent- not too much, but enough to be paranoid. We called the tire place we usually go to but they said they could not fix this. We called the dealership and although it was over the phone and they did not see the damage, they said that they would have to replace the rim and we would need to replace all 4 tires! I then started an insurance claim thinking I might need to pay a couple thousand dollars for all of this. Luckily, the adjuster told me it was

CJ's ... a family owned business. They have fair prices, & they work with whatever budget range you have in order to get you back on the road... laid back, but professional. Never pushy, NOR do they try to persuade you in buying unnecessary parts for your vehicle while @ the sametime charging you with the higher priced item. They don't have "quota's" to meet so there's no pressure to sell their store items to customers...

Had the misfortune scheduling with another company. After they failed I called CJ. Asked for a flatbed and the lady gave me a number. Called it and was quickly answered. I know my request was a bit much and short notice but they were able to do it.

I was quoted a price on the phone and took it. Just had to send a few pictures of the vehicle to tow. I wasn't able to attend the tow but received pictures of the work done. Excellent!

The staff were all helpful and friendly. Worked beyond their hours of close to help us. Great if you need a tow and great if you need tires.

CJ was super accommodating, friendly, and efficient. He was able to drive to my site on a Saturday and replace my tire super quickly. Price was good, too. He communicated very effectively and his office staff are friendly. He's able to drive all over the island. Def recommend for towing and tires, mahalo!

Best experience with a tow truck company ever!! Staff was so friendly, helpful and quick. Got my car out of a tough spot and was great at explaining what was going on! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow.

Awesome and super friendly staff. Needed a tire repair and was turned away by another shop nearby because they said they was too busy even though had 2 techs sitting on the side of the building vaping and talking story for at least the whole 20mins I was there. Will definitely do business with CJ's again.

I was able to get a tow the same day I called and for a reasonable price. I had a couple odd requests since I was off island at the time and they were very accommodating, and the kind woman on the phone even had some better suggestions with my car's safety in mind. Mahalo nui, would definitely use this service again.

CJs are awesome.. I was looking for a towing company to assist me with getting a car picked up from the junkyard and have it to my home.. The lady was so helpful it assured me I was in good hands.. She provided me with so much information that I didn't even know of.. but I am so blessed to have her assistance.. So thankful.. Thank you so much for your help and awesome service.

My friend needed all new tires and without any hesitation they got right to work with no appointment made. Given it is slow times so I'd suggest you calls and check in with them but right away I felt at home and comfortable and they took care of my boy right!!!! This is the place to go for good prices and good service! Hit them up!!

Last week, my car slid into a county water truck; he stopped suddenly to avoid hitting a baby pig crossing Kam highway, and due to the rain slippery roads, my car did not stop and I rear-ended him, but Yes, the pig lived!

A friend recommended CJ's towing. Chad showed up in less than an hour, had me hooked up and towed to Honda for a very reasonable price. Not only that, he was nice enough to drop me back off at my work so I could be picked up by my husband. Chad was so friendly, easygoing and professional that I really appreciated his services! He patiently waited while I filled out my paperwork

My gf's car has had some alignment issues the last few months and have had to replace the front tires multiple times. CJ's has always been extremely helpful in replacing those tires within twenty minutes, even without appointments. I came in today and they replaced a tire and also informed we were missing a lug nut. Without hesitation they offered us a new one for free. Amazing service. They are extremely friendly, always cracking jokes, and have always hooked us up with free drinks while we wait. This is a local business I'll always recommend others for tire service

This place is the best. It's a family run operation, and when you are there they treat you like family.

Our tires needed to be replaced because they were on threads, but we couldn't afford a full set of brand new tires. They had like new -used tires and now my van runs like it should.

It was a great deal on tires and they were installed and old tires disposed of, all included in the price.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires. Ever.

After I ran into a curb to avoid hitting a poor scared dog checking ALLover for estimates that would have cost an arm and a leg PLUS our first born, We were referred by our Hanai Sons friend to CJs.
They are not only friendly and treat you like Ohana they went out of their way to straighten our rim, check our tire to make sure it was ok But also balance it and removed our spare to put on our LIKE NEW rim with its tire back on! Then completed it by replacing our spare in the spare well and NOT just thrown in the trunk! AND was able to replace my ruined hub cap with a new one!!! ALL at a Very reasonable

Awesome...same day services.and its right by the mall. Helped me by fixing my rim and educating me on it. Great price and they were very nice by putting away my spare etc. Thank you very much!

I think they give good pricing over the phone and the quality for the used tires have not disappointed me than other auto companies...I won't mention....I have gone out to them multiple times and never had to wait!

I was really in a bind today when my wife's car broke down in Kaneohe. I called several tow companies to see who could tow my car to the north shore. Everyone had crazy prices. But one of them recommended I call CJ towing. They said they are good about taking cars that far.
I called around 5:05. The gentleman answered the phone and was very nice and accommodating. His quote was very fair and he had a guy out there in 10 mins.
Dee was my tow guy and was super helpful and courteous. He helped me get the car out of the spot and towed it all the way. He was AWESOME!!!
