We are a member-owned and controlled financial organization promoting financial responsibility, membership involvement and dedicated to serving and educating our members, while maintaining the credit union's long-term financial stability. In 1954, less than a year into the infant credit union's existence, its first location was literally a small cash box kept in the Squadron Secretary's file cabinet.

Freedom Community Credit Union's mortgage loan officers are here to fully assist you with your borrowing needs. They are qualified and registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry which has high standards and background monitoring. We take pride in our services to offer programs that will assist our borrowers in getting the best of what they are expecting.
The first step for your home purchase will be to contact a mortgage loan officer to get prequalified. Select a Realtor of your choice. Your realtor will represent you and help you through many steps in order to make your offer and get the home of your dreams. Homeowners insurance will be required on a home and typically is built into your monthly payment.
Applying for a loan is simple! Simply print the application located at the bottom of the webpage labeled "Applications/Forms". Once you have filled out the application we will also need a month's worth of income verification. You can bring these items to either branch and a loan officer will gladly review the request for you!
