Located at the corner of Lexington and St. Paul Place, the parking garage is convenient to downtown Baltimore. On street parking is available on E. Lexingotn Street, St. Paul Street, Calvert Street and Fayette street. Parking is usually free 6PM and after. We are adjacent to the Lenore between Calvert and St Paul's Place at 112 E. Lexington Street.

The food is delicious. But very unprofessional waited an hour for food. That I called in for and was told 15 minutes initially. The lady at the front was very rude. Need better customer service skills. People who were walk in orders got there food before I did. And a few people ordered the same thing I did. I understand doordash, ubereats, etc. come first but give an accurate time frame.

The boyfriend and I got the next phaze burger with sweet potatoe fries and the southern fried wing platter. The burger was juicy and flavorful and cooked to a perfect medium well with a generous helping of bacon, crisp lettuce and tangy bbq sauce on a nice fluffy bun. The wings were good too, and the greens and mac and cheese tasted authentically home made. Very good spot for soul food and very COVID safe with reservation only dining.

I visited on a trip to Baltimore, the atmosphere and service was great. I had the salmon served with rice with mac cheese and collard greens as a side.
The mac and cheese was different but good, the collard greens and salmon was so good. The rice was too hard and I didn't care for the sauce as much.
We were charged a 20% in dining fee which we were not advise of prior to seating or ordering.

This was my first time ordering from here. The food was really good. The chicken wingettes was thoroughly cooked and had a nice little crunch to them, slightly over seasoned, but still good. I enjoyed the collard greens and seasoning was on point as well as the rice pilaf. Will be ordering again and definitely recommend this restaurant.

I am in Baltimore visiting and sadly every place I’ve eaten has been disappointing. I tried this restaurant on a whim wanting to support a black own business. WHEN I TELL YOU HOW AMAZING THE FOOD IS. The greens and Mac and cheese are awesome. But the CRAB CAKE. Is quite possibly one of the best crab cakes I’ve ever eaten. The portion is a good size and it’s literally FULL of blue crab meat. As their quality and portions drop lower and lower, their prices get higher and higher. Today I ordered my usual jumbo shrimp and fries, and it tasted like food from an entirely different generic fast food restaurant. The fries were cooked in an oil that gave it a disgusting aftertaste, and they were barely seasoned. The shrimp, too, were missing that crispy southern batter I loved so much. I asked to have these fried hard, but what I got was soft and chewy.

This is my "I'm busy working and I need something to eat for lunch and fast" place. I prefer to get a burger and fries. I have also had the fried chicken sandwich. The fries are my favorite thing to order, so sometimes that's all I pick up.

Had a good time at NPC! Food, drinks and service were all fantastic. My friend and I decided to have visit on a Sunday for dinner. They are located in the city so it was easy to find but parking was a bit of an adventure lol. We were greeted upon entering and were able to sit in the bar area. The interior is nice and simple with a mural painted on the wall which was really nice. Love this spot. Food is absolutely delicious, great flavour, SEASONED to perfection! I don't eat mac and cheese from many places but this one always hits the best. Again the food is so flavourful, and when they're prices are affordable you can't go wrong.
I placed a large order of like 25 people and Joseph was the MVP of the year. He communicated well with me, answering all of my questions. He even went so far as to help me carry the huge order to my car! Something other restaurants have never done.
Definitely give this place a try. Good food, good people!

The food was amazing! Not the easiest to find but the service was impeccable. My whole party really really loved their meals. Will come back the next time we're in Baltimore!

I purchased a Groupon for this Cafe. I was excited to try a BOB again! The location is in a very congested area with no parking. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken, mac and cheese and collard greens. The wings were salty and fried too hard, the collard greens were just okay and the mac and cheese was really tasty. The serving size was very small and not worth it for the price that you pay. I will only ordered again if I am in the area and I will purchase the mac and cheese only.

I decided to feel fat. Saw this place on GrubHub and ordered around 130PM on a Saturday.

1 Fried Chicken Platter with 2 sides (collard greens and mac n cheese). Came to $30 (with tax) so boom! on a Sunday afternoon.
My delivery order was "delayed" 40 minutes so I went to run quick errands. Not less than 10 mins after I left, it arrived on time. Not complaining but it was a quick gap between expected times. The driver texted me that he had put the food at my door, I replied back "Thank you". So i checked my RING camera and he was not on it. 5 ish minutes

I had every intention of photographing my food but I made the mistake of nibbling the side of the fried catfish first and, welp, the cascade of "GET IN MAH BELLEH" was an unstoppable force.
This food is immaculate. Even as delivery fried fish, it was tender, juicy, crisp, and perfect. Seasoned perfectly. The collards and mac and cheese were also perfect. I just...I need more. Much more. All the time. I am in love with this food.

My favorite is the catfish fritters. Fish is cooked well and not sure what kind of sauce is given with it, but the flavors pair well together
The mac & cheese and greens are seasoned well.
Another favorite is the shrimp & grits.
Really large portion, was unable to eat all in one sitting.
The only downside is the location. It's often difficult to find parking close to the restaurant.

I needed lunch and decided to try Door Dash. I saw Next Phaze Cafe and instantly reminisced on the good times I had there when I first moved to the area 8 years ago!
The quality of food has remained the same. I ordered the Catfish tacos, fried chicken, and collard greens. Everything was delightful and still piping hot after delivery! I can wait to work my way back through the menu jus like the good ol' days. I will definitely be back and after COVID I look forward to live music and girls night out again!
