Rocky Mountain Property Inspections, LLC is a full service home inspection and property inspection company. We adhere to the InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) Standards of Practice and require all of our home inspectors to be InterNACHI trained and certified. We perform home inspections on single family houses, town-houses, duplexes, condominiums, mobile homes and small commercial buildings.
Our full home inspection is an evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components. Your home inspection report will include our findings of any material defects we discover in an easy-to-read format. We will also provide our recommendations for monitoring, repair or replacement.
