Needed my RV winterized and a few things fixed. They handled it. Did what they said they would do.

We had a great experience purchasing our first travel trailer from Steve Williams. He took the time to show us all the options, and go over the features of each trailer. There was no pressure involved, they just wanted to make sure we got the right trailer for our needs. They setup the weight distribution hitch on our Jeep and made sure we knew how to use everything. Our salesman Terry Fox did an outstanding job helping us choose the right RV for our family and helped us through the process every step of the way. As new RV owners, he also helped us learn to hitch and drive our 44ft 5th wheel. And Terry actually came to our house to be sure we could get it parked in our driveway okay!! We drove 10+ hours to come and it has been worth every single mile we drove. Steve P. went above and beyond. Updating us as much as hourly on the progression of the sale and what we needed. On top of that, HE TOOK us to dinner at a world renowned Memphis style BBQ joint in downtown on his own time. Come on! Highly recommend ALL staff. I bought a boat from Southhaven Marine this past summer. My buying experience was exceptional and the service after the sale has been top-notch. Kristin sold me my boat and the sales process was professional and quick. Southaven performed my annual maintenance for the winter. We purchased a new travel trailer from Carrie. Excellent experience. She was fun, kind, and very helpful. From the purchase through the help we received shopping for start-up items, to Amber (so knowledgeable and patient) in set-up, walk-through, and explanations of working components, to a trip back to Nate in service for a few tweaks all was good. Every person we encountered was professional, patient, and more than helpful.

Awesome service, very nice team, quick consistent communication since we were @ 8 hours away. Steve, Eddie and Amber were excellent, best sales and customer service by far, would highly recommend anyone visit these folks first. No surprises, deal was exactly what we discussed on the phone!

The sales everything was perfect couldn't ask for anything any better. The service department is another question. The stars does not go low enough for this particular service. I never could get them to answer the phone was having problems with the washing machine that was installed. I went to the dealership to see if someone could work on the machine 2 months ago. Had a recall for my Grand Design camper. Contacted Southaven RV and as soon as the part came in, I was immediately called and an appointment was made to fix the issue. Thanks a bunch to Brian and the crew out back for getting my camper fixed as quick as possible.

Wow! We have never received service like this Before! Read This, Really!

First I must say we live in Washington state 2,200 miles from Southaven RV. We have owned 14 Motor Homes over many years.Our most recent experience blew the rest right out of the water! From my first contact with Chris Hixon (our Salesman), Larry Riggs (the General Sales Manager) to Patrick Davis, the outstanding Technician assigned to us after the sale for working out the bugs in our unit!

Well, let me start with Chris who listened to my needs and goals, told me about the unit I was interested in, gave me the feature/ benefits

We first met Derek in August, 2019, when he showed us a 2019 Dutch Star. We stayed in touch and in January, we decided to buy the coach.
Derek made everything go very smooth, as we were long distance and welcomed us to the dealership when we took possession in early February.
Derek is a knowledgeable, confident and low pressure guy with customer service a priority.

This was our first visit. Surprisingly, we wandered around for a full hour before anyone greeted us. Derek was our salesman. He was vastly knowledgeable and very friendly and well mannered It was insanely hot outside. He offered us cold water multi times. The selection was decent. He quickly targeted exactly what we were looking for and took us straight to it. It was pretty well EXACTLY what we wanted. Granted, it was more pricey than we were prepared to spend. I called multiple times and left multiple messages to set up a service appointment, and never once heard back from anyone. I find this extremely rude and the worst customer service possible. Just because your one of the few 'games' in town doesn't give you the right to act like this. In fact, I'm pretty confident that this comment will also be completely ignored. I even 'chatted' online with someone through your chat feature and never heard back from that either. So, a total of 5 contacts and not one single response. You all can kiss this customer goodbye!!!

Had an appointment for a repair this morning at 10:00. Was told it would be an easy and quick repair. Shouldn't take more than a half hr I was told. Have been sitting here for almost 3.5 hrs and my camper has not been touched. They measured for the repair when I was here a week ago but they never went to buy the parts, much less weld and assemble in advance. Can't even get an answer about how long it'll be now. Absolutely ridiculous. My time is valuable too. Can't wait to see how many hrs labor they try to charge me for.....!!!!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. We purchased a new camper from them and after a few days we noticed some things that were not quite right from the manufacturer. It was all warranty work but we had plans to travel so the staff stayed late to get our coach fixed so we could go on our trip. Manny in service is the best! He personally fixed and explained everything. He was great answering questions and very patient with us. He stayed to help two different days. Beward of giving this business any personal information! we had to give our names addresses and social security numbers to apply for credit, and 10 days later my husbands idenity was stolen. i am sure it was stolen at this business because we have not shared that information with anyone else. the loan officers office is just a cubbyhole off a large bank of open offices, and anyone around can hear or walk by and grab your information as there is no door for privacy, and anyone could have herd or seen our private information. there were people all around and anyone could have picked it up. the

If you like/in the market of buying RV, Southaven RV is a great choice. There were so many RV's to choose. From duel axle diesel, to single axle gas models. Also available are the "tow" style models that require a 5th wheel style truck. All models were available to view and the staff was very friendly. I am not yet ready to buy, but I will be returning in the future!
