I thought I had an issue with the motor or regulator of my driver side car window, but upon inspection, it turns out a new master window switch was needed instead.

Called late Sunday evening. Received a quote later that evening. Called on Monday. Made an appointment for Friday. Work completed late Friday evening.
All seems to have gone well. I have still not driven or washed car yet.
At this time I would recommend Master Glass.
I did not shop prices, but quote seemed reasonable, so I gave job to Master Auto Glass. Would use them again.

I had a broken back glass on my Equinox on a Monday night. I called around to get quotes on Tuesday morning and Master Auto Glass came out on top with not only the price, but they came to ME and the very next morning! Both the owner and serviceman showed up - it was a delightful surprise to meet the owner who is such a sweet man! After calling about 6 places with no answers or too expensive we called Master Auto Glass and received a quote immediately within minutes. They came to our house the next morning and replaced our rear windshield in about 2 hours!

I inquire with Ray if he can help me replace my shattered windshield and he did above and beyond to find a windshield and right away he told me that he can install it today too. The price is by far the best deal for my windshield. I am extending satisfied with the service he did including Jose who installed the windshield. I will definitely get his service again in the future.

I contacted master auto glass to repair my windshield I asked if they do calibration they said yes, so i agree to replace my windshield for my Toyota Camry 2019. As they finish the work and got my new windshield i got a light on dashboard of a malfunction in the pre-collision system that had been detected pls contact your dealer. I immediately call master auto glass of that error on my dashboard and they said they DID CALIBRATED my windshield so they told me to take it to my dealer and told me to tell them that the sign on my dashboard pop on by it self and they were going to fix it at no cost

I shattered my Rear Windshield/Back Glass late friday night & called Ray first thing Saturday Morning, he answered the phone right away & verified they had my glass in stock. They even squeezed me in Saturday afternoon so I wouldn't have to miss work Monday I couldn't be Happier with the service the provided. They came to me, price was fair & they did great work! Hopefully I won't need them again in the future but if I do they will surely be my first call!

My windshield has been broken for ~2.5 years now and I've been procrastinating getting it fixed because of how expensive it costs. Finally, I decided to shop around my area (West LA/Culver City) for the best competitive price. I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla that needed a windshield replacement.
First, I looked online and found Safelite. Their website quoted me $299 NOT including tax + labor. I called several other places on yelp (National auto Glass, LA Winafix, OScar's Auto glass, etc.) and was not happy with the price they quoted me.

I really can't say enough good things. I don't do a ton of reviews on yelp, but today by far deserves six stars. I work in a hospital and definitely know the difference between bad, good and excellent customer service.
Last night my car was broken into and window shattered, needless to say a stressful situation. I had to call in sick to work and immediately look for help to fix my broken window. You might still use these guys for their competitive price, but be aware...
Ray works with independent contractors, so it's luck of the draw who shows up.
I paid about $285 (don't have the receipt, it was 11 months ago -- stay tuned to see why I'm writing now) and a guy showed up to replace a back windshield which had broken from a tree branch falling on it.

Just had my car done here. I was scrambling for 2 days to get a company to do it same day or while I was working as I still had to drive around. Fast Auto Glass I went to visit and within 5 minutes left with a guarantee that it would be done the same day before my work day was over. My car was broken into with glass still everywhere in the car, they installed the window within hours and had all the glass removed for me. When it comes to any other auto glass I won't be going anywhere else.
