ACA incorporated in March of 1984. At that time, ACA was one of a handful of progressive firms in the asbestos abatement business, and certainly one of the few in the Metropolitan New York market. From this humble beginning in a one-room office in Yonkers, New York, ACA began the implementation of sound business principles through its "Committed to Excellence".
ACA is proud, after 30 years of service in the sophisticated New York Market, to retain a repeat clientele of 85%. ACA works in the most prominent of buildings, protecting the interests and concerns of clients whose properties are their signature. ACA has been in the asbestos abatement business since 1984. We are known as one of the Premiere contractors in the most demanding of metropolitan markets because of our vast knowledge and ingenuity in this field. ACA has performed thousands of projects ranging from ongoing emergency response activities to multi-city block abatements.
