Totality is an independent, medical specialty practice specializing in vein care, diagnostic ultrasound imaging, and aesthetics. Our vein care includes imaging to diagnose the problem and multiple solutions to the problems of swelling, heaviness, varicose veins, and even ulceration.
Our diagnostic ultrasound imaging includes necks (to look for carotid artery disease and thyroid disease), abdomens (for abdominal aortic aneurysms, renal artery stenosis, gallstones, pancreatic masses, and hernias), and legs (for peripheral arterial disease, blood clots, and venous insufficiency).

Dr. KathyLee Santangelo is certified by the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine. She has been in the exclusive practice of this specialty since 2009 when she opened Totality (formerly Total Vein Care Center) at Reno and Douglas in Midwest City. Dr. Santangelo had been a cardiothoracic surgeon in Oklahoma for 14 years previously.
Sclerotherapy is a non-surgical procedure used to treat varicose and spider veins. Although we usually use sclerotherapy on the legs, it can be used virtually anywhere on the body where unsightly veins appear. During a sclerotherapy treatment session, solutions are injected directly into the unsightly veins.
Gradient medical compression stockings in various strengths, sizes, lengths, and colors are available. Our staff will measure your legs for a comfortable and appropriate fit. Totality Vein Clinic truly changed my life! For years I suffered from swelling in my right leg. My regular doctors just thought it was water retention, and medicated me for it. I've had a great experience with the spider vein procedures I've had done at Totality! Most of my interactions have been with Steve and he is very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, even the silly ones, and made me feel at ease. Both he and Dr. Santangelo performed procedures with care, which is so important when you're being stuck with needles!! I have anxiety disorder.. to say I was nervous at my first appointment for ablation (I needed both legs done) is a major understatement. Dr.Santangelo was very informative, reassuring and kind, and Steve was super calm and friendly. My anxieties, as usual, were silly because these treatments only hurt for a minute, and it was equal to getting a tattoo (sorry if you’re scared of that). If you are hesitant to give your legs some love out of fear for the procedure, just do it! At Totality.

Dr. Santangelo and her staff are amazing and highly professional. Dr. Santangelo is very attentive to her patients and any questions I had were answered. I've been hiding painful varicose veins for ten years. I contacted Totality for treatment options and they submitted everything to my insurance company for approval. I struggle with anxiety and was scared of the procedure but Dr. Santangelo and Steve were understanding and empathetic. The Varithena procedure was painless and over in a few minuets. I saw both Dr. Santangelo and Steve at each visit and loved the one-on-one care approach. The office is beautiful, there was minimal wait time and parking is at the front door of the clinic. I had my one MONTH follow up today to check on the work done on my varicose vein‘s. I have had years of work on my legs by another dr in the same field and once in my entire time with him was he able to achieve some results. Nothing close to the results I have one month out. To say I am please with my results is an understatement. The results speak for themselves. Her entire team is so helpful and kind. The office is beautiful and so clean. To go anywhere else is a waste on money. I can say that because I learned the hard way.

I had 2 vein procedures, one on each leg, last year. Dr. Santangelo and her support staff did an excellent job explaining everything and helped me through the process of getting insurance coverage for the procedure. The facility is very well kept, wait time is never long, and everything went according to plan. I had a great outcome and highly recommend Totality.

I highly recommend Totality. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable, informative, honest and friendly. They examined my leg veins and gave me important information that I had not received from my previous outrageously priced doctor. The office is beautiful and very clean. I am also very impressed that they post their charges for certain cosmetic procedures online. Honest doctors and staff seem to be hard to come by these days so I will definitely be returning to Totality!
