Nora Fagan graduated from the Texas Jewelry Institure in jewelry technology in 1989 and the Gemological Institue of America (GIA) in 1990. She has been doing business as a jeweler for 18+ years. This is by far the best quality, high end, custom and repair jewelry store in the State of Wyoming by far! Nora Fagan has been at it for decades and started from scratch. She is a fourth generation Wyomingite and helps us keep it local. What a talent she is and has gotten much help recently from her right hand man and talented jeweler himself. They make quite the team serving folks from all over the State and farther. It is like "Breakfast at Tiffany's" without the breakfast...that is across the street.
