No quality of service AT ALL. The doctor kept forgetting to send my pain medication to the pharmacy. It took WEEKS for him to send my prescription to the pharmacy one time, way past when they were due. I had to go to the ER, I was in so much pain waiting. Last time I'll spend 7 hours waiting in the lobby to see him.
