Customer service is terrible!! They advertise they will build a prototype within 2 day, not only do they not build it but they won’t even give a quote. I sent in a drawing of what I was hoping to have designed, a week later and they won’t even give me a quote. When I do call they tell me my rep is busy. The 4th time now I’ve called and they rep spends literally 5seconds telling me it will be ready today, but no, nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service. Maybe for companies that are ordering thousands of displays they actually care about, as for the small business I guess they could care
