Emily's Elves opened their business in 2011, seeing a need for a full service cleaning and maintenance company in the tri-county area. Our office is located in Hayesville, NC on Hwy 69. Emily's Elves is bonded and insured for peace of mind and we pride ourselves in finding only the best, team-oriented individuals.
All of our "Elves" have been personally interviewed, have had a national background check completed, and have verified references on file. We want to make sure that we only send out people that we would want in our own home. We believe in providing a professional staff who are impeccable and adhere to the highest standards.

Services
Our Standard Cleaning package offers a thorough cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and other major areas of the home. We Offer a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. While we are by no means a perfect company, we take customer services very seriously. Therefore, if you are unhappy with your cleaning, we come back to address any issues for free.
All our standard cleanings include dusting and washing of all reachable surfaces, wiping the outside of kitchen appliances & cabinets, basic cleaning of the bathrooms, and vacuuming & mopping of all floors. Extremely poor services and charges were excessive.
Did not perform the services they were hired to do and would not offer to correct any issues when asked. They simply charged our credit card and ignored our request.
Completely dissatisfied with services and lack of responsiveness!! Unbelievable!! $550 for a basic light house cleaning.

We have been using Emily's Elves for 2 + years now for our cabin in Hiawassee. This has allowed us to open up renting for weekday rentals and not just weekends...Communication is prompt and have been great on last minute changes when needed, especially when our guests either checking in our out inform us of last minute changes. We have detailed instructions for their crew and are well followed to keep our ratings high with our guests. We appreciate having them available to keep our cabin clean and any other needs we might have.

Emily’s Elves cleaned my Airbnb property nearly every week for well over a year. They were so great with scheduling, their automated reminders were very helpful, the cleaners always did a great job and the prices were very fair. I trusted them with my home and they never let me down. Even living in Atlanta, I was able to manage my Airbnb property 2 hours away because of my partnership with Emily’s Elves. Don’t use anyone else in the Hiawassee area! They are the best!

We have several clients and have been in business many years. If everyone who WAS satisfied wrote a review we would have a way better rating. We offer total home services including cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, painting and staining, handyman services and lawn care. We are a one stop shop for many people in the area.
