Not sure why my experience was different than other reviewers, but Lawn Masters was the worst I've ever hired-- in just the three weeks I employed them before I fired them, I had missed appointments, failures to respond to calls (for multiple days), services requested that went unfulfilled, rude phone receptionists, and damage to my yard. All in all, a comprehensively failed effort. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Since we started using Lawn Masters a few years ago, our lawn has significantly improved in appearance, lushness, and lower weed-count. Jeff and his crew are always responsive to questions and concerns. Pricing is fair and reasonable; work is exemplary. Highly recommend this company for lawn and landscape needs.

Jeff and his team have been fabulous throughout the years. Our lawn was decent with my husband spending "too many" hours trying to upkeep it. Lawn Masters came in a took over, and my lawn is green, healthy and thriving. They know the what, where and when of lawn care which shows every spring and throughout the year. I have used these guys for a number of years, after my previous lawn service's quality just got too shoddy. It also helped that Lawn Masters is very affordable. I don't know how they make money off me, but they keep me as a customer and don't raise my rates every year. Anyway, the lawn is also cut well, and they do a nice job of making sure that grass clippings are mulched up. If there are too many clippings to mulch with the mower, like when the grass is growing so quickly in the spring, then they will rake them onto a tarp and take the clippings away.
