This P.O. Box service is one of the most pleasant I've dealt with on a personal and business level.
The employees always greet you by name, it caught me off guard at first. But, I notice that they greet each and everyone of their clients like that and I found that quite expressive knowing all.of there customers names.

The owners daughter is very very rude. Her employees has great customer services, but her attitude was very nasty & whoever she was on the phone with should've just hung up because that's not how you talk to people. Joe the manager was very rude over the phone and deliberately cutting my conversation off several times when trying to explain to him that all we needed was the invoices sent to our company so we could pay the balance as requested the day before, and that we didn't receive the invoice as promised by the young lady yesterday so we could write them the check. I don't even want to really get into it but I had "the most uncomfortable exchange" with the owner's daughter, Renu Ahluwalia. Renu is the Notary Public for both Mail Connexion LLC (which I experienced today) and Playa Postal Center. Their team doesn't have the best communication, and Renu has some of the worst service I've ever experienced.

I would give this business a 0 if I could. The customer service is horrible. The young woman who assisted me had no idea what she was doing, was absolutely not helpful, gave flat out wrong information, and her attitude was just plain bad. In addition, their mark-up for services is outrageous. Specifically, the unhelpful woman at the counter told me the USPS did not do overnight mail and rung up $146 for FEDEX overnight. I left and went to the post office and mailed my packages OVERNIGHT, SIGNATURE REQUIRED, $100 INSURANCE INCLUDED AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF NOT DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY BY

As a long time customer 15 yrs I went in to mail 3 boxs a normal monthly for me spending $75 plus every time not to mention during holidays $200 plus, knowing he needs his profit and it tends to be convenient so I overlook the cost and try to support small Local businesses, point I went in 2 boxs ready 1 needed tape I ask him for tape he snapped and the tone was Absolutely unexcceptable he basically yeld we don't give you the tape WE DO THAT!!! Damn my check was in someone else mail box... Let me say that again "My check was in someone else box." For the 2nd... The 1st time I took it as ok it happens... and my two kids depend on super dad to be on time with the things that has to be done. Unexceptable and all I got was it won't happen again . Let me lol before I get I get upset. This is a sign of laziness in accuracy incompetent behavior something's not right I'm not happy. Currently having a horrible experience with the owner "Joe". I walked in needing a form to be notarized. There was no one present. The space was empty, 80s music blasting. I waited at the counter when (I assume) the owner comes out from the back carrying a full load of negative energy and grunts a barely audible greeting. I tell him that I have a document that needs to be notarized. I've rented a box here since 1997. I travel a lot so I have 24 hour access. The staff has always been courteous, almost like family. They have accommodated me on several occasions regarding sensitive deliveries (perishable items, proxy mail pick up). They have even called me personally if I had any problems. They offer fair prices for the many services provided, including shipping and passport photos.

Yes, I am a fan of the Mail Connexion. I have been with them since 1998. That is a long time. I don't think any business is perfect so I could not give a 5... but for the convenience, the cost, and the customer service, you cannot beat it. The owner and staff have accommodated me and my family for many years with our various requests, and I am pleased. If I was not able to get something done, it was basically because it was not legal or not proper protocol.
There are other options of course, but I do not plan to leave anytime soon. I am satisfied with the service.

After seeing the rating for my favorite spot,I felt compelled to post a review. I've been with Mail Connexion for 5 years. As small business owner, Mail Connexion has been a true asset. Since day one, I've felt like a valued customer.
The simplicity of Mail Connexion works for me. You get in and out. Their mail box rates are competitive. The staff is helpful. I can receive or ship large packages. Send or receive faxes, make copies, access the internet, take my passport photo, access my mail box 24 hours, shred documents, get documents notarized with the notary service and on so on.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I had a horrible experience with the older man that works in the Ladera Heights location. He's the one who wears the turban. (I think there are 2 men that work there so for sake of a description I'm mentioning the turban.) This man is so rude, crabby, impolite, gruff and flat out mean...it's unbelievable. This place is terrible!! I've had my box for about a year and recently let it close after they lost yet another package (5 total). Each and every time I showed the owner the delivery confirmation email I had, he made excuses about the post office or fedex not actually delivering my packages.

This place is conveniently located for me, and is also in a large plaza with Ralphs so it makes it easy to ship something before grabbing some groceries. The service was helpful and they were able to box up my items I wanted to ship as well as pack it securely with packing peanuts and shipping tape. The fee for the box/shipping supplies was fair, I think about $5. The actual shipment itself was rather pricey, but I guess that's more of the carrier (FedEx) than it is them. You can also ship here via UPS or USPS I believe. My package got where I needed it to go, so that's what counts. I

-If your package is too big for your mailbox, they will place it in a bigger locker and leave the locker key in your mailbox. How cool is that? I haven't seen other mailbox rental places with this feature. The lockers are fairly big (maybe 24x24x24). They won't fit car tires, but they seem to fit most of my amazon packages.

I rented a box from this place. This is not the place to get your mail. All of my family members had mail coming here and It was very frustrating with a foreign owner that does not speak very good English. Half the time we did not get our mail. We politely canceled our mail and left. Find some place else to get your mail at.....it will save you a headache.
