Employees of Texas Department of Highways and Public Transportation, District 6, which is comprised of Andrews, Crane, Ector, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward, and Winkler Counties, and employees of the Texas Department of Public Safety who work or reside in these counties.

The purpose of this lending method is to price loans depending on the risk posed by the primary applicant to the credit union. The tiered structure of risk will be directly related to the primary applicant's credit score and four variables that will be used to add or deduct provisional points to such score.
