Dr. Knight is a great chiropractor, but the services he provides are so much more than just that. I came to him just a month before a major race with painful IT Band problems. Using the Muscle Activation Technique and ADAPT Rehab, Dr. Knight employed a holistic approach to identify and help resolve the root cause of my pain and get me ready for race day.
The primary cause of chronic joint pain and muscle pain is due to inhibited muscles affected by overuse or injury. Although the pain of the injury goes away over time, the functional imbalance remains. In turn, these functional imbalances or deactivated muscles eventually lead to chronic pain. Dr. Knight can define your body's imbalances and correct them using the Muscle Activation Technique.

I've had a lot of issues since I got the virus back in Dec. One of which was loss of appetite. Eating was such a huge struggle since then and it was so unpleasant having to force everything down all the time. It made my stomach feel even worse. I saw Dr. knight for 8 weeks and at some point during my visits I was able to eat well again! The loss of appetite went away and it was such a relief! I'm really grateful that I got to see Dr Knight and for how helpful he was!!! He's also incredibly kind and nice and treated me so well!! I believe that True North Chiropractic did a fine job at explaining how there awesome pain relieving machine works. I just really wish it wasn't so dang expensive for the procedures. Because I really do want and need at least 6 more sessions if not more to relieve my entire body of pain. That machine is really really awesome. Thanks a bunch for the cheaper treatment. I hope that we can figure out a cheaper discount for me!
