Terrible customer service from the owner, good from the staff. We had a black tie event for my father, who was being given an award for lifetime achievement for Armstrong Alumni. The tux's and shoes were ordered about a week in advance, we came in tried everything on for the order. (The shoes were extremely important because I wear a wide shoe, which is very hard to find in a store and have to be special ordered.) When our order came in, I picked up my son and my tux's with the shoes. Got dressed and was half way to the banquet, when the sole of my shoe fell off! Imagine the shock to

We were going to use Simons Formal wear for the tuxedos for our wedding in June. The first time we went to Simons formal wear in Feb, we asked if tie samples could be ordered and in on March 1. We were told it would be no problem. Well, about a week before Mar 1, we called and they were not ordered. We asked for them to be ordered again and were told again they would order the tie samples and would be in by Mar 1. Well, on Mar 1, when I called, guess what... They weren't in. I spoke with the owner the 3rd time and explained to her the ties were never ordered. She said she didn't know
