COVID Testing Scam Beware. Booked an appt a week out since this was the only location with slots open. Opted for the free PCR test, FYI they have tests ranging up to $200. They send an email with directions of what to do when you arrive and then a text when it’s your turn to go inside. At my appt, I was informed they’ve met their 20 test max limit for the day of what they can send to the lab- which sounds ridiculous. So if I’m still interested in getting tested they could offer me a discounted rate of $60 for a rapid or $150 for a PCR. This made no sense and it’s clear what they’re trying

Milltown pharmacy makes every experience of personal experience. We moved into town 4 years ago and they have been are only pharmacy for all of our pharmaceutical needs. You don't need to go to the big Box discount pharmacies to get value this small Hometown pharmacy can take care of all your needs and do it with a personal touch and know you on a first name basis. And if you need it they deliver.

Because of an international travel request, I needed a PCR covid test. Milltown Pharmacy was great at providing the service, but they gave me the contact of a lab that they do not use anymore to get the results. The pharmacist I called right before the flight was very courteous and did his best to get the results, but he also didn't know that they had change from Mako Medical lab to Clarity Laboratory. And although he tried hard to help me, it was all in vain. That meant not being allowed in the aircraft and having to schedule everything again and the the cost of that for business purposes was

I use this pharmacy because a like supporting local small businesses. Several times I've filled my prescription here and only half (or less than half) has been available. I end up returning another day, to pickup the remaining amount. I find this very inconvenient. Also if I call in my prescription the day or two before I need it quite often it's not available when I go to pick it up and I end up waiting for it to be filled while I'm there.

Normally I like Milltown Pharmacy a lot and I'm a regular shopper at the store. But today I called to see if they had Ear Loop Masks in stock. They said they had one box of 50 masks for $72. I questioned the outrageous price and they said their supplier charged them a lot and they have to make a profit. Seems to me if their supplier is price gouging, the store should not bother to carry the item. Otherwise, a customer can't help but feel the store is participating in price gouging

Professional and courteous, and customer service is a priority. Very grateful to get a prescription filled in less than ten minutes while I waited.
I am amending my original 5 star review to reflect the 1 star service I received recently. When I requested prescription delivery, I was told the delivery person had already left, and it would be some time before the delivery could be made that day. I offered to take delivery the following day, and struggled to get the woman on the phone to take my credit card info. She told me that the delivery person would call me the following day to arrange payment

I recently got into contact with one of the owners since my original review and have found out they changed ownership! The new owners are great and kind and I communicated my experience with them and they were very understanding about my experience with the previous owners. This is something I highly value especially with people in the healthcare field. I love to see small businesses succeed so go there!
