I'll keep this is professional as possible, this property management company is by far the worst ones I've dealt with, they talk real sweet and seem genuine at first but in realty they lack professional ethics. We dealt with Redford (an employee there) poor guy made a crucial mistake when communicating with us by over promising and under delivering. He told us "oh you guys are first and the company works on a first come first serve basis" so we proceeded with the application process paid the fees as per usual and waited. Within days were were approved. We were told that the application is now in

We rented a property from LLW Properties for a period of 10 years and were very happy with the service they provided during that period. Every time there was something wrong with the house or there was a need for any repair, we would received a call back within 24 hours (most of the times within a few hours) letting us know when somebody was coming to fix the problem or repair. Even after the owner decided to sell the property and even though we were only the "tenants", they help us and gave us support and advice during the transition and move to our new rental even though it was not one of the
