I rented at the townhouses in White Oak on Stewart St for a year. When signing the lease my backyard needed soil and grass. Was never fixed. While living there, there was a leak that was blamed on me intitially only to find out that it was coming from the AC in the attic. The leak ruined the ceiling downstairs and was never fixed until I told them that I was moving out and not renewing the lease. Susan had people come look at my unit without informing me and then told me that I wasn’t keeping my end of the lease up because my child’s room (that I was currently in the process of moving out)
