W & D Recycling is independently owned by Wayne and Diana Zabodyn of El Campo, Texas. Our recycling yard is located in Bay City, on Highway 35, just west of the Colorado River and easily accessible from Bay City, Wharton, Ganado, and El Campo.
We have been in the recycling business for 21 years (in Edna until the Fall of 2016, when we merged operations with our Bay City location), but have been involved in the metal recycling industry for over 30 years.Wayne grew up in the family business as a teenager, and eventually developed his own business into what it is today.
