The guy was VERY rude and had an attitude that came out! Told me all my locks and doorknobs are broken.. which they are not.. then proceeded to be rude and give attitude as we’re trying to figure out a way to get into our home! Would NEVER recommend them! He couldn’t even get into the house so what good is a locksmith that can’t do anything? Mind you I’m 9 months pregnant and DO not need someone to come to my house and be rude to my family and me and cause extra stress.

Was recommend by a different company that was booked solid but this company literally hung up on me? I told them my name and said I was locked out of my apartment. They asked my city & I responded. They asked the type of doorknob & I responded. They told me their rates and I said “okay,” and they asked “If anyone still working on opening the door?” And I responded “Yes” and he said “Thank you.” And hung up?? I don’t understand why this happened but I know that it’s incredibly unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.
