This was my first visit at Thrive and it definitely won’t be my last. I had a body scan to see how my weight loss journey is progressing, which also gave me my suggested caloric intake. Seeing how far I have come really helps motivate me to keep going!! The wellness IV has me feeling refreshed and hydrated. I’m already planning my next visit! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly too! I suggest this place to anyone who is starting their wellness journey or taking it to the next level.

Everyone was so helpful and extremely sweet. Sophia did my eyebrows and was absolutely amazing & blew my mind with what she could do! I was so hesitant to get them done, but she killed it & made sure it didn’t hurt at all! she is truly amazing & i would definitely recommend her to anyone who is ever thinking about getting yours done!

I received microblading for my eyebrows by Sophia! She was beyond phenomenal. I’m in love with the end result. She walked me through the process and made me feel at ease. I was scheduled at 10:00 am I was there by 9:50 , i wait 10 min just to told me the Estethician is stock on traffic , that was a lie, I hear the front girl talk saying the esthetician go to Durbin offices instead of town center , she ask me if I can wait an hour , really this is funny if I was the one need to cancel or reschedule they will charge me , I don't know what really happen but first time I was very very disappointed, so sad look like a nice place I cross the entire city for nothing

New location in front of the Best Buy building.
Still great service and wonderful staff! The infection control protocol is on point. They're checking temperatures at check in, everyone is wearing masks and sanitizer between customers.
They've added esthetician services and injections to the menu. Along with daily specials.
My only problem is the prices. Of course I mixed a complicated iv bag today @ $220. But after checking prices, I found the beach competition much cheaper.
Of course, you can't beat this location and how convenient it is. I'm really torn about it and

I came into the Town Center location after things started to open up from Covid and I was very disappointed in my experience.
To start, it appeared as though they did not have any precautionary or cleaning protocols in place. There was not any sanitizer to be seen and they were not wiping things down in the front as people came in and things were exposed.

I went to the new durbin pavilion location. It was my first time doing any cryotherapy treatment. I was super sore and decided to try it out. staff was very nice and accommodating and helped me out for my first time trying it. Of course it was super cold, but the two minutes wasn't too bad and passed by quickly. I feel a lot more better and refreshed.

I'm not sure about this place. I have enormous veins and they couldn't get the needle in. After trying on both inner arms and both hands, the two people trying to put the IV in succeeded. There was no apology or discount or anything offered for such a miserable experience. I had bruises in each spot for over a week.

Great friendly professional staff. I have tried other IV places. This place doesn't compare. Knowledgeable staff. They explained all the different therapies and recommended the best mixes for us. We really felt the difference. I live in Miami and I haven't found a place like this there. We'll come back every time I'm in the JAX are.
