Services
While we are a new company, we are not new to catering. Jessica Koeth has 25 years of restaurant and catering experience. She honed her culinary art skills at Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis, MN. After moving to Washington, she worked for Seattle's iconic Rainier Club. Later, she accepted a position as Sous Chef at Suncadia Resort and eventually moved on to the Executive Chef position at the Roslyn Cafe and Ellensburg's Starlight Lounge.

Q. Can we schedule a tasting? A. Absolutely, we provide complimentary tastings for events with 50 or more guests. If your event will have fewer than 50 guests, we would be happy to set up a tasting for a small fee covering our costs. Prior to the tasting, we will need to discuss your vision for the event, and dietary restrictions that we need to consider, and determine specific menu items that you would like to taste.
At Rustic Root Catering, our food philosophy is simple - we create festive menus using local, in-season ingredients as much as possible. Every menu is crafted around the client's taste as well as the size and nature of the celebration - we create fabulous feasts for omnivores, vegetarians, and any other palate.
We recently used Rustic Root to cater our wedding and the experience was outstanding. They helped us create a unique menu that delighted all of our guests, which included gluten-free dishes. They were prompt, professional and a joy to work with. We would HIGHLY recommend them for any occasion. My Mom is still trying to re-create the Rustic Root Signature Salad - so amazing.
