I have been entertaining crowds since 1986 and consistently honing my skills since I started. A lot of industry DJ's claim to have old school roots but few actually do, and even fewer have evidence to prove it! I was in a break dance group until I found out at a party that we had in our basement that I loved playing music and I've been playing ever since then.
Successful events are not the result of good luck, but more the result of good planning. Every function has unique style and character, and rightfully so. While one client might prefer lively dance music with a very interactive DJ, another might choose a slower more relaxed mix of music with no DJ involvement.
Our goal is to ensure the evening is fun, exciting, and organized. We capture your vision in our meeting and then all you do is show up and have fun with your family and friends. Then all you have to do is show up to your wedding reception and have fun with your family and friends! 151 Entertainment provides all our clients with a personalized personal wedding planner that you can make changes and add songs to it at any time.
The best wedding DJ/MC fulfills three primary roles, each of which requires intense detail skills. Your DJ serves as the host of your wedding day, unobtrusively advising your guests on the sequence of events, letting them know when it's time to be seated for dinner, the bouquet toss, cake cutting, etc.
More and more newlyweds and other party planners are having one disposable camera available on each dinner table. Not only do these cameras provide guests with something extra to do, they can capture pictures that photographers simply may not have time to get! Advise guests before your event to use the cameras to take candid pictures of informal and humorous themes.

Critical: Responsiveness
Only leaving one star because I have to. We were scheduled to meet up and talk about availability etc. When it came time for the meeting he stood us up, and didn’t bother to send me a text or call to tell me that he wouldn’t make it. After a few texts later, my fiancé and I just left. Three days later and I still haven’t heard from him.

Didn't show up to the wedding he was supposed to DJ for, his replacement failed to have music prepared for ceremony and did not play a slideshow that he asked us to prepare. He agreed to refund money which, 3 months later, still has not happened and now he won't answer me or the Better Business Bureau after I filed a complaint with them.
