I called to inquire about mold radiation on some personal items prior to moving and the woman who answered helped me so much! She offered me multiple solutions and did not try to sell me a service or any products. It's very rare to find someone who offers solutions without expecting anything in return. The owner did the best carpet cleaning we've ever has done.. took lots of time pre spraying, then really worked on the carpet. The carpet was NOT very wet when he was done, also "raked" the carpet when he was done...I think the truck mounted gives a great clean!!. VERY Happy...see you again.

We had a water leak in the kitchen and SOS had a person there within 60 minutes of calling them. The technician (Mark) assessed the situation quickly and began the process of fixing the problem, cleaning up, and drying out the flooring. He was very courteous, thorough, thoughtful, and eager to help us solve this problem. He went above and beyond in taking care of our situation to our satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to call SOS again, should the need arise for their services.

Mark from SOS was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a fantastic job cleaning out the basement closet that was full of mold and water due to our leaking water heater in the closet next door. Went above and beyond in removing the stuff I did not want to touch! The area looks and smells clean again. He spent extra time thoroughly drying the area. Would recommend to anyone who needs comparable service!
