My daughter got my second daughter so enthusiastic about Karate that she now has a orientation scheduled! My daughter loved going from the moment she did the orientation and looks forward to it every day. We both like the atmosphere and attention they give each student (not to much but just what they need in that moment).

My 4 year old nephew Jalen difficulty with focus and discipline and would occasionally act out at daycare, but ever since he started at Martial Arts Zen he has made dramatic progress in his self control. I was teaching him to address adults with ma'am and sir, but it didn't stick until he started going to classes. Now, he says it without being told and he also bows to me and his uncle before speaking. Mza Henderson is a excellent instructor.
He and his staff also supports the parents and his students to ensure goals are being met in and out of Kung Fu class. Jalen is progressing well in the program

This has been the best thing for my daughter. It has given her so much confidence and helped her meet her goals in school also. She loves all the training and is learning self defense as well. I definetly recommend you being your kids in and atleast do a trial to see what you think. You wont regret it!

My son was having a huge attitude problem and we had tried a trial at another martial arts program which did not work, so when my wife opted into a trial membership at Martial Zen, I was hesitant. The changes he has made in the 4 months he has been on his black belt path, have been so amazing. His focus in school has improved, he is doing chores at home, and his physical strength is well beyond his age! Even his 3 yr old sister is saying yes sir and yes ma'am. Martial Zen has not only taught him self improvement and discipline, but has also encouraged us as parents to incorporate these in all aspects
