I went into the establishment TODAY to get a diagnostics on my laptop. On the website says " We offer FREE diagnostics" I walk in the man says no we don't offer that services for free there is charge of $45. I say no your website states that you do he says yes I know but that is not right... so it false advertising ?????? I walked OUT

I used Nubia tech on two different occasions. Each time the tech was very prompt in arriving to my home at the agreed time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Just tried to call them and customer service is ATROCIOUS. The woman literally answers the phone saying who would I like to speak to, which, why would I know that? When I say I'm trying to schedule a repair, she just repeated the question. I said whoever does the repairs. I repeated this several times and SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE. Nice doing business with you.
