Positive: Responsiveness
For my first apartment, EPM was a great experience! Applying and doing the cosign was straight forward and convenient. They were always communicative and helpful whether it was a maintenance request or questions about ending the lease. Definitely would recommend renting through them!

My roommates and I have had many many problems with EPM and are all incredibly happy to be out of their hands. We made a maintenance request for an oven drawer and they "fixed it"...then when it comes time for our down deposit being returned they charged us for a broken oven drawer. They are schemy and have an incredible lack of communication. EPM could read this review and they still wouldn't contact me to figure out the issue. Long story short they do not care and are an awful business

I’ve personally been a tenant of Ellensburg Property Management since 2016 and they are the best! Over the years they have been very accommodating, have been responsive to all of your needs, maintenance issues resolved quickly, and even helped during peak Covid season! I highly recommend considering them for your next rental decision!

Ellensburg Property Management is a joke and not worth anyone's time. I saw a beautiful home posted on their website so I took the step to email them. It was the first day the listing appeared and I did not receive an email back, so I went ahead and called a few days later. The girl working at the reception office took my name and phone number and said that she would call me back about scheduling a viewing. So I waited and nothing... A week went by and I decided to physically walk into their office. I was greeted by the same young woman, who proceeded to tell me that she can take my name and phone

This time is the first time that I leave review on public website in my life.
I totally agree with all the previous negative reviews.
They do not solve any problems you have in a timely manner, they do not notice in advance even a day and they are egregiously unhelpful.
Extremely poor communication, very unprofessional, and rude. Most unhelpful and difficult landlords I've ever dealt with. I am very frustrated with waiting and keeping asking fixing all issues.
I hope that they can accept all the negative reviews sincerely and actively, can see what they look like, try to improve and know value
