Called 5 or 6 other places to get some help and all dented us, we were on the side of 39 headed north. And got recommended to call rondo truck and trailer sales and speak to Chris mcquality, he told us to head in and he would attempt to get us in. Sure enough he got us in within 40 minutes of calling. Got the trailer fixed up for us even provided a spare, and sent us on our way with one hell of a deal! 5 star review! Great service

We traveled a distance for a part that only they had. The part we ordered was messed up from the factory. With the help with the employee's and the owner, they helped get us the part we need without coming back. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

Great price on the trailer. Everyone was very nice and Martin was great. There was a small electrical problem with the trailer but a service guy came outside to work on it and had it handled in 20 mins. The only other downfall was when I made a call to parts. He was less than helpful so I went a different route there.

These guys had the tow dolly I needed in stock & called them to have it ready and picked up within an hour. No sales tax for out of state drivers (you may need to title trailers in your own state, but at least they let me know this) and the document fee was a very reasonable $100 (some dealers charge more than $250). They did a great job helping size the safety chains and the prices on the spare parts (spare tire) was extremely reasonable.

Oh my gosh their service is top notch!! Scheduled a same day drop off and pick up - everything went smoothly. Chris took my call, gave me pricing on a spring tune up, scheduled the appointment, was on time, called exactly when he said he would with an update on what he found. Was very thorough this inspection of my 2000 trailer. Explained exactly what he saw, made recommendations on service and parts, and called when the work was complete, exactly when he said it would be ready.

Terrible! I purchased a plow and mount setup for my pickup through Rondo off the internet and it showed up about 3 months after initiating the purchase. When it showed up the plow had excessive rust all over it, enough that the weld that mounts the plow to the truck is rusted all the way through and broke. They hydraulic cylinders had a ton of rust on it, enough that will ruin the seal. The plow was heavily misrepresented, all that was shown was a youtube video which was impossible to see the defects so I had to rely on the description from Rondo.......WHAT A Mistake. They somehow forgot to tell
