Santa Fe Harley Davidson & KTM

I bought my first Harley from Santa Fe Harley-Davidson it was a 2017 classic that had 80,000 miles on it I expressed my concern to the staff about how many miles it had on it they reassured me that it was fine that these bikes will go up to 200,000 miles and It just had a stage 4 kit put in about 20,000 miles ago so it was ready for another 8000milse 6 months down the road 2,000 miles later my bottom end gave out and they pretty much told me that they're under new ownership and they do things differently now so there is nothing they can do for me leaving me on the hook for a $20,000 bike that only

DO NOT BUY HERE Sales team will say anything to sell you a bike, and if something happens, its on you, not them. I was questioning the mileage on a bike I was interested in and was assured it was perfectly fine and had so much life left in the motor. Six months layer, here I am with a blown engine and nothing to show for the $20,000 I paid. I have been in good standing this entire time and with this happening, the only option I'm left with is to continue paying for a broken bike, or let my credit take a hit. Ugh!

Wanted a Road Glide to continue an adventure I started pre-pandemic. Rode up to SFHD after seeing an interesting bike on the website. My sales rep Cody did a great job negotiating a deal I could live with. Thanks to everybody at SFHD for getting me on a different bike. I look forward to future visits to SFHD for parts and service!

I was not able to stop by store when I was there this summer. I called and Yvonne (spelling ?) went out of her way to help me. She sent me pictures of shirts then called me so I could place my order. She is an amazing employee. Thank you for your help in getting me the shirts for Christmas.

My bike started leaking fluid near SantaFe HD, they were able to quickly get me in for service, identified the fault, and provided me with various options. Great folks at SantaFe HD!

Yvonne was amazing! Stopped in to get a new 1/2 brain bucket. She made everything available that they had in stock so I could walk out w the one I loved. Fast. Friendly. Courteous. Awesome experience and a great selection of apparel and gear. Definitely recommend!

This store rocks! They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable. I never felt stereotyped as a female in my interests or what I wanted as I have at other car dealerships. I am so happy I bought my bike here!

Nice place. They were having a going out of business sale and we got buy 3 shirts get 1 free. Not a lot of inventory as far as Bikes but hence going out of business sale.I didn't dream up about the going out of business sale Brother! I was told that by one of your staff inside the store. It didn't make since to myself or my buddy glad business is good. God bless ya'll.

My younger brother and I took his bike there Tuesday, his appointment day. No work done. Next day, "the bike is going on the rack today!" That was another lie. Thursday: no call to give us an update because all they were authorized to do was a diagnostic. Friday: another day, another FRAUD.

I refuse to spend another dollar on my bike at this place. I'm even thinking about dropping my bike off at the door. No, I don't have to pay for it.

I took my bike in for what I had presumed easy things to address. I told the big ole dude "tech" what was going on with the bike and the reason for my visit. He wrote some things down, gave me the North and South nod. Looks like he understood what I was needing.
Two weeks later, I had to call in to see the status of my bike. They said it was ready and the cost was $450 + or - . I asked the guy what was the problem that they found ? He rattled off that it was some sensor. (Turn signals weren't working).

Nice dealership, bikes, service, clothing and Harley stuff. Almost everything you'd need or want Harley. The only one thing I would have bought that they didn't have was a challenge coin. They had the poker chips and some sweet decals, which was all I wanted this trip. Excellent staff, Thanks for your help. 😎

Very poor customer service it's like pulling teeth to get any info from these guys. Let me give you a tip, you make sales by helping customers....boom simple as that.

I see David P. Has responded and I appreciate that but honestly why spend 15k+ on a bike here with poor service you guys are in the sales business. I get it you want to be cool "bikers" then maybe don't take a job where customer service is involved.

David and Tristen absolutely saved us !! We had a dead battery in the parking lot of our hotel. Supposed to head out on a ride to Taos. I called the shop (FYI, they were supposed to be close). David answered and arranged for Tristen to come to our hotel and switch out our battery.

Not only kind, and professional, but prompt and efficient. Battery changed, slam dunk, easy peasy and we were on our way by noon.

We went into the shop the next day (when they were actually opened) and found that the entire staff was equally as helpful and nice.

Cannot say enough about this group! Awesome

Super unhappy work order not saved 30 hours for a factory recall fix that didn't get fixed?

I visited their website and found a bike I was interested in. I am 95 miles away from Santa Fe, and I let the guy know how far I was traveling, so I wanted an accurate account of what the cost would be. The sales person gave me a number that seemed OK and allowed for some negotiation. I got their, liked the bike and made an offer. The sales manager came out with another offer sheet. This offer had $1,000 added .. I was told that is what the dealership charges to go through the bike and make sure everything works. I walked out, I will never set foot in that dealership again. This dealership went out of the way to help my friend and I plan and execute a ride throughout New Mexico. Not only did the allow us to store our truck and trailer at their faculty, they even detailed our bikes. These guys are the real deal!

I'm a frequent visitor to the Santa Fe Harley-Davidson store and I own plenty of their t-shirts and there's no way 2 shirts cost as much as the previous person posted. These are good people running a good business with fair prices. Harley-Davidson gear does go for a premium, but if you ride the best you like quality in your clothing.

The store is filled with friendly knowledgable people. I've bought my first and current Harley there and I guarantee you that I will buy any future Harley there too.

Terrible price gouging! We were visiting from Arizona and went in to purchase a couple of t-shirts. I didn't pay close attention to the total amount when checking out because while one woman was completing the transaction the other one was talking with me. (Maybe intentional to distract me) When we got back to the hotel, I looked at the receipt and was shocked at the $98 price for two t-shirts. Unfortunately, the place had already closed or I would have returned the shirts. And since we were leaving the following Sunday morning I still didn't have any opportunity to return them. So I

I recently bought a bke from SF Harley. I thought the service there was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Wayne the parts manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. Andrew is the best salesman I know. I would highly recommend this store. The service dept is outstanding and their labor charges are very resonable. I will be back! This place reminded me of Chicks.....I felt very at home there.
