I'll just cut to the end. Rather than send me a final proof showing corrected errors, I was told by Tyler they were fixed and my boxes were being printed.
Bags, labels, other items....never before has a company not provided a final proof to me for approval before starting production.
The first run: they printed boxes with a misplaced closure flap (their issue). 1000 defective boxes that they, to their credit, caught .
1000 'corrected' boxes were then printed with an error I reported from the earlier proof, but assured was corrected, without a follow up proof, after they were already sent to

If there was a zero star option, this company deserves the option below that. Their professionalism is in between lack luster and dismal. The company believes that subpar practice grants them entitlement to behave anyhow. Hector and Harry are disgustingly unprofessional.
Hector has selective communication. I had to keep pursuing Hector to get status reports on my item. When the item’s did arrive, they were all wrong.

I placed a large order for 1,000 soap boxes. the sales person promised delivery by a certain date. they missed the delivery and got me to cancel a paypal dispute by promising me a partial refund. 3 months later, i have received no refund. The product was a good quality but they are deceitful and still owe me money. I won't use them again.

Emenac reached out to our company to take over our Printing projects. We figured we would give them a few projects, since we get all of our parting overseas they told us that they were here in the US. I’ve been a graphic designer since 2002, I’ve never dealt with a printing company that did not know what the heck they were doing.
