Services
I've personally trained over 3,000 individual clients in 25 years. I've been running Group Fitness Programs for 20 years. This has included youth sports programs, exercise physiology for corporate clients, and physical rehabilitation for tenants at assisted living facilities. And as bariatric specialist, I've customized and supervised weight loss and nutrition plans for hundreds of clients over the past 18 years.
I was born and raised in Fresno, California and attended Fresno State University, graduating in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature prior to going to medical school at the University of California, San Francisco, a top five medical school which offered me many educational and research opportunities.
